Order Processing
Order processing takes a minimum of 20 business days (Monday – Friday) as all products are made custom to order for each customer. The processing time may change during busy periods.
We do occasionally offer expedited processing on orders with an additional processing fee. This option can be chosen at checkout when selecting your shipping method if it is available. We make our best effort to dispatch express processing orders in 3-5 business days, however, this time period is subject to change depending on the number of customers that choose expedited processing.
Non-expedited orders are completed in the order that they are received. Shipping methods do not change the order processing time.
Shipping Delivery
The following shipping methods are available inside Australia: Parcel Post (Tracking) and Express Post (Tracking). Some shipping methods may not be available based on the size or value of the order. Shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart for each order.
The following shipping methods are available outside Australia: International Registered (Tracking) and International Express (Tracking). Some shipping methods may not be available based on the size or value of the order. We cannot define transit times for each service due to international travel. Shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart for each order.
We recommend that services with tracking are selected as this allows the order to be tracked. Parcel Post and Express Post with Australia Post also include insurance if your item is lost or damaged during transit. This insurance is handled by Australia Post.
We are not responsible for items that are lost or missing once they are received by the delivery partner.
We will ship your item to the address exactly as entered when you place your order. If this is entered incorrectly when placing the order and your item is returned to us, you will be required to pay additional shipping fees to resend your order if you choose to do so.
